Namtaru Creations - Manifesto

The shadows of Cronos seems to run the hours faster and faster and it's been some months since the last update. The creativity had no stop and you can check it by yourself looking at the new paintings, illustrations, drawings and designs. After months of work and the patience of Trollsyn, I announce that my personal portfolio dedicated only and exclusively to art photography is finally online (1eye1000memories.com)
It means that all the photos contained in Namtaru Creations are now in the galleries of 1eye1000memories.

Concerning projects and commissions I can say that I'm working on several project and artworks, preparing my first exhibition in Sevilla and the next open doors exhibition at my studio this autumn. More news to come soon.

A new cycle has begun and new images and news for you from the land of frost, after months of silence in which I've been working with my ordinary high speed.

First of all I wanted to inform you about the recent projects and exhibitions. The Modern Art Gallery of Trondheim (Norway) hanged up my second exhibition there that started in November of 2009. The magazine IN magasinet of Trondheim named my work with a very positive comment in an article written about this gallery.

Soon, from February 15th until march 8th I will have an exhibition at Oppdal Kulturhus, where I will use 100 squared meters to show pencil portraits, photography and paintings. The weekend before this exhibition, Marienborg Kunstatelier, the whole building where I have my studio room, will arrange an open weekend with free entrance for everyone who wants to visit us and check out our work and space.

I opened two new websites, one dedicated exclusively to my photographic visualizations and other to a funny project that makes people have some fun. I also became an active member of Trondhjems kameraklubb and opened a new profile at www.foto.no, you will find the links to all those websites and profiles in the menu (LINKS).

Now, about new works and projects, I am glad to announce that one of my images from my graduation project about David Lynch has been used to announce an exhibition about Lynch and his cinema in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This image has been reproduced more than ten thousand times for printed catalogues, media cards, bus doors... The benefits of this project will go to a welfare program arranged by the government with humanitary purposes. The pictures will be uploaded in the next update.

I already finished the artworks for Myrath, Borean Dusk, Temnozor, Tormented Vision, Lux Divina, Snowfall, Circulus Lunae, Barevny and Bloody Zine, as well as few tattoo designs.

I am finishing a commission for the next Ixaxaar's publication that has kept me busy for a few months, it's called Queen of Hell and will be published in March.

Some other projects are currently happening in the land of Namtaru and I will get back to you with new images and information as soon as the plagues are near.
